For example, if your motherboard is made by ASUS and the model is F2A85-M PRO you would simply google "ASUS F2A85-M PRO drivers", which will take you to ASUS's support page, where you may or may not need to select the motherboard model again and the version of Windows. If you prefer, you can search for the drivers on google. Note down the make & model of each board and then go on the hunt through CyberPower's support page and download the necessary drivers. The most important component is the motherboard, followed by the expansion cards (cards which are plugged into the motherboard). If not, you can open up the computer and note down the make & model of the components. If CyberPower are highly organised, they may have the list of components on you PC which they will be able to trace through their invoices and can send to you. You need to find out what the constituent parts of the computer are and get the necessary drivers for them. Because CyberPower build PCs to order, there's not even a standard "model" which will consist of a fixed set of parts. ALL the internal components (motherboard, processor, graphics, network interface hard discs etc) are made by other companies, and most requires its specific driver (disc drives and most keyboards & mice use the built-in drivers). Although CyberPower builds PCs, this is essentially an assembly job. Cristián, reading through the comments again, I think I understand what the confusion stems from.
